PLANOS DE SAÚDE

Nessa Área, posso calcular se a mensalidade que o cliente está pagando é uma mensalidade justa, conforme a sua idade e conforme os anos de Plano de Saúde que vem pagando.

Este cálculo é feito mês a mês, considerando os reajustes permitidos e Controlados pela Agência Nacional de Saúde e pelas Normas Nacionais de Contratos, inclusas no Código Civil Brasileiro.

Faça uma consulta e não terá nenhuma dúvida sobre se o que está pagando é correto.

Para consulta, recomendo estar portando o Contrato de Adesão ao Plano e todos os boletos mensais, entretanto, se não os tiver, é possí­vel fazer-se uma requisição de Advogado, extrajudicialmente, ao Plano que deve cumprir o direito de certidão de todos os cidadãos.

Tenha certeza se o que paga é justo.

HEALTH PLANS

In this area, I can calculate whether the monthly fee the customer is paying is a fair monthly fee, according to their age and according to the years of Health Plan they have been paying.

This calculation is done month by month, considering the readjustments allowed and Controlled by the National Health Agency and by the National Contract Norms, included in the Brazilian Civil Code.

Make an appointment and you will have no doubts about whether what you are paying is correct.

For consultation, I recommend carrying the Plan Adhesion Contract and all the monthly slips, however, if you do not have them, it is possible to request a Lawyer, extrajudicially, to the Plan that must comply with the right to a certificate of all citizens .
